I'm not planning any other format for the moment. Some pages are old and I didn't write them with LaTeXML so I don' have the source. However, I have LaTeX files for chapters 5 and 7 - 12 if you wish.
I was more thinking along the lines of crowd-sourcing a complete solution to all exercises -- whether LaTeX, html or anything else. I remember yearning for such a thing when I was doing my PhD ;)

Nice! Are you planning on making them available in another format? (source on github, epub, pdf)
I must admit I did use the MathJax bookmarklet to read them ;)
